NinjaVideo Helper
The NinjaVideo helper applet is completely harmless and there is no malware or viruses associated with this applet. The helper applet controls the video stream from the content provider to your computer. Make sure you allow security access (enable Java applets on your machine) to the helper applet before opening it.
The applet must show as online and must stay open at all times!
If you are not getting video, you must have the Java JRE and DivX Web player installed on your machine.
Get the Java JRE.
Make sure you choose the correct one for your OS.
Get the DivX Web Player for Windows or Mac
No audio? Go here and install all codec packs listed for your particular OS.
If you are using Firefox, you must have the Flash 10 player installed.
We advise that you close the helper, clear your divx, java, and browser caches then reopen the helper first if you experience issues before reporting your issue.
