Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've done a Ninja Main update, so I figured I'd give everyone a heads up. By the way, this is not for you leeching scum fucks that try to email me with your 0 posts and 0 contribution and shit attitudes as I hope you rot :) ... This is for everyone that's had the patience to stick by Ninja during what has clearly been a bit of a downturn in our ease of use as a site.

I want to say that about 85% - 95% of the videos on the site have been re-upped and should be working. We have implemented a system with multiple avis in the backend to spread load against the crushing traffic we get. It is due to this traffic that we ask you to have some patience and allow videos a few minutes to load. Up to 3 or 4 sometimes. We are working on rectifying this problem and there will be a NEW APPLET pushed out this week, perhaps tomorrow. My beautiful lil wife, dead1ne, is a bit tired working on several side projects that will also be announced in the coming days. I'm sure they'll make you all quite happy.

Hmm... what else to say?

We understand that the flash alternatives are not that popular with our userbase, particularly those with Static IPs, but... you must trust us. There is no other host as convenient for my Uploaders as MegaVideo. They just do not take videos down as often as everyone else and considering that every video goes up 10-15 times minimum amongst the very small team at the top, it's too much to force them to use another alternative.

THERE ARE ANSWERS TO THE MEGAVIDEO PROBLEMS ON THE NINJAVIDEO PRIVATE BOARDS.

Before you complain that you're not giving any money to this site in order to access those answers, keep in mind that you can also get on the Private Boards via general contribution to the forums. Be it in Artwork, Literature, Culture & Debate, or just as a member kind enough to banter with my forumites daily in the Off-Topic. Considering the complicated specs of some of the work-arounds, it is just not practical for us to open another Mainsite Help topic for my Moderators to deal with in case a member screws their settings while adjusting. Also... Google is your friend.

During Fall Hiatus, you will see us starting to focus on pushing the shows returning with the Spring Season as well as bringing attention to the Up and Coming LGBT pack as well as Staff Picks. Documentaries will be returning strong this month and you may have already noticed they're starting to come back over the last few weeks. With the recent promotion of the two newest Admins, Lor Randir & SteveH, the load should ease up on the handful of Admins that handle the site now and we can start expanding our horizons past the standard fare that has occupied our time in the past few weeks.

That's all I can think of for now... So feel free to comment on this Announcement, listen to the NinjaVideo Manifesto, join the Ninja Forum, Donate, or just get to know us... We love what we do, and if you're one of our fans, then you do too.

Truly one of the most amazing artists on the NinjaVideo Forum, and the Winner of the biggest of the NinjaVideo Art Tournaments this past summer. He's also the current creator of the Ninja of the Month pieces that are awarded to exceedingly special Ninja Forumites. What can I say about JUB? His pieces are haunting, his talent immense, his soul evident. We as a site are blown away by his participation on our boards. He's not only shared his work with Ninja, he's given us the pleasure of working "for" us time and time again. From his work on the Ninja Comic, to the afore-mentioned NoTM, JUB is truly one of the biggest names on NinjaVideo.

This is quite huge o_O... I think everyone knows how I feel about Zoi, but in case you didn't... know this... Without her, I couldn't run Ninja. She stands right next to me while WE run Ninja. Especially the Mainsite. She is privy to every single secret on NinjaVideo and is one of the 4 people in the world that sees the Admins' subforum... even before she received her blue status.

And don't get it twisted, before I decided to make her full Admin, she was about to receive her GODDESS status... so tik doesn't come into Admin via Legend. FUCK THAT. Straight light purple prior. :h: tik. You do so much and I just wish this truly conveys how much you are appreciated. There was never going to be an opening amongst the Top, but you just reached it.

The triad has just become the quartet and it's sexy.
